About The Position
This is a local dedicated grocery delivery position for a Class A CDL driver. Drivers will operate out of the Casa Grande Distribution Center, running routes within a 225-mile radius. The position offers home daily with a slip seat work week and no set schedule for weekends. Freight is no-touch, with drivers performing live loads/unloads. Pay is based on mileage, stops, and detention time, with a weekly average of $1260-$1500+.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- No incidents within the past year
- CDL address must match hiring area
- 3 months of 53' Tractor Trailer experience within the last year
- No SAP drivers
- Must pass a hair follicle drug screen
Responsibilities
- Operate a 53' Tractor Trailer
- Run dedicated grocery routes starting in Casa Grande, AZ
- Deliver to locations within a 225-mile radius of the distribution center
- Perform live load/unload (no-touch freight)
- Average 8-15 loads per week
- Complete 3-4 stops per load
