About The Position

This is a local dedicated reefer position with a major carrier. Drivers will be home daily and can expect to average $1400+ weekly. The position requires a clean CDL with no incidents in the past year, and the CDL address must match the hiring area. A minimum of 6 months of 53' tractor-trailer experience within the last year is required, with no terminations from previous driving jobs. This is a W2 position with benefits. Slip seat day cab operation. Work weekends with 2 days off during the week. Day and night shifts are available with early morning or evening/night start times. Drivers will work 1-2 days per week in the yard. Drop and hook, live load/unload.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• No incidents within the past year
• CDL address must match hiring area
• 6 months of 53' tractor-trailer experience within the last year
• No termination from previous driving job
• No SAP drivers
• Must pass hair follicle drug screening
• Must live within 30 miles of Sacramento

Responsibilities

• Operate a 53' tractor-trailer in a dedicated reefer route.
• Be home daily.
• Work 1-2 days per week in the yard.
• Perform drop and hook.
• Handle live load/unload.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
