About The Position
Major Carrier is seeking a CDL A driver for a local dedicated intermodal lane operating out of the Charlotte Terminal. This position offers home daily, with a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule. Drivers will be responsible for picking up and dropping off containers along the railways throughout the NC area. The role involves day cab slip seating, drop and hook, and live load/unload (no touch freight). Start times are flexible with morning or evening options. Compensation includes a competitive CPM rate and per load pay, with an average weekly earning of $1400+.
Requirements
- Clean CDL A
- No incidents within the past year
- CDL address must match hiring area
- 6 months of 53' Tractor Trailer Experience within the last year
- No termination from previous driving job
- No SAP drivers
- Hair Follicle Drug Screening
