About The Position
Major Carrier is seeking a Class A CDL driver for a Local Dedicated Intermodal position. This role involves picking up and dropping off containers throughout railways. The schedule is Tuesdays - Saturdays, or Sundays - Thursdays, with evening start times and 10-12 hour shifts. Responsibilities include live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook. Main lanes involve drop freight into Grantsville, drop freight into Ogden, and drop freight into Bear River City, along with pickups. The average weekly pay is $1300-$1700+.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- No incidents within the past year
- CDL address must match hiring area
- 6 months 53' Tractor Trailer Experience within last year
- No termination from previous driving job
- No SAP Drivers
- Must live within 50 miles of Salt Lake City
