About The Position
A Delivery Merchandiser, Home Market is part of CCCI's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system and may be assigned a Tel-Sell or Sideload/CooLift/OFS route. This physical, fast-paced role is responsible for efficiently delivering, unloading, and merchandising products at customer accounts according to CCCI and customer standards. Duties include stocking and facing products on shelves, displays, and in coolers. The position is local, with the driver home every day, and is based in Whitestown, Indiana. The position pays a daily rate of $260.72, with estimated annualized earning potential of up to $67,787.20 based on a standard work schedule, plus commission per product delivered. Requirements
- Ability to obtain a CDL permit.
- Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivation, a high degree of integrity, and the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and in a timely manner.
- Past job performance reflecting dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuous-lifting environment.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds.
- Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising, or retail management experience is strongly preferred.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Responsibilities
- Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate products in assigned accounts to CCCI and customer standards, including filling shelves and coolers, stocking displays, and removing out-of-date or damaged products.
- Organize and maintain back rooms by neatly stacking and arranging products in designated areas.
- Maintain the neat appearance of CCCI equipment and products at assigned accounts.
- Build relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to accounts served.
- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with CCCI quality assurance standards at every account.
- Ensure proper daily accounting of products, cash, and assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
