About The Position

The Delivery Merchandiser, Home Market works as part of CCCI's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system and may be assigned to a Tel-Sell or Sideload/CooLift/OFS route. This physical, fast-paced role is responsible for efficiently delivering, unloading, and merchandising products at customer accounts according to CCCI and customer standards. Duties include stocking and facing products on shelves, displays, and in coolers, and maintaining organized back rooms and neat equipment and product displays. The role is based in Whitestown, Indiana, and is described as local with home every day.

Requirements

Ability to obtain a CDL permit.
Ability to pass and maintain Department of Transportation physical requirements.
Excellent customer service skills.
Self-motivated, with a high degree of integrity and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and in a timely manner.
Past job performance demonstrating dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and sound judgment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving continuous lifting.
Ability to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds.
Availability to work some weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, product stocking or merchandising, or retail management experience.
Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Responsibilities

Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate products at assigned accounts according to CCCI and customer standards.
Fill shelves and coolers, stock displays, rotate products, and remove out-of-date or damaged products.
Organize and maintain back rooms by neatly arranging products in designated areas.
Ensure CCCI equipment and products have a neat appearance at assigned accounts.
Build relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
Maintain a safe working environment and meet CCCI quality assurance standards at each account.
Ensure proper daily accounting of product, cash, and assets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
