Requirements

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Solid computer multitasking skills.

Nice To Haves

An associate’s degree or higher.
Active Adjusters insurance license.
12+ months of claims liability- making coverage and liability decisions experience.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction.
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
Work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
