Requirements
- Solid computer multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- An associate’s degree or higher
- Active Adjusters insurance license
- 12+ months of claims liability- making coverage and liability decisions experience
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction.
- Work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
