Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in handling automobile bodily injury claims (Section A)
- Level 2 or 3 adjusters license issued by the province of New Brunswick
- Negotiation skills and good communicator
- Comfortable with Microsoft office suite
- Advanced command of the English and French language, both oral and written, in order to assist and regularly serve our English and French speaking customers in the territory and/or our suppliers through complex interactions related to insurance or the Group's business sectors, and to meet Groupe Promutuel's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, assesses damages and settles claims for bodily injury (section A) sustained in motor vehicle claims.
- Provide timely customer service.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of your teams claims handling processes.
- Investigate, assesses damages and settles claims for accident benefits claim (Section B) sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
- Participate in mediation in judicial cases and act as a representative.
- When needed, initiates recoveries in claims requiring it.
