About The Position

Repwest Insurance is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join its team in Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time, fully onsite role handles truck, trailer, and storage property damage claims. The Claims Adjuster investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves claims while providing customer service throughout the claims process. The position is based at the corporate campus at 2721 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004, and requires working onsite Monday through Friday for at least eight hours per day. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The company states that it will not hire or re-hire nicotine product users in Arizona and certain other states.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain an Arizona Adjuster License within 30 days of employment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of eight hours per day.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to investigate claims thoroughly, make sound decisions, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate documentation.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship.

Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage, liability, and claim validity.
Assess damages and evaluate claim values to facilitate fair and timely settlements.
Negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, and other involved parties.
Maintain productivity and quality standards in accordance with company expectations.
Document claim activities accurately and ensure timely claim resolution.
Provide customer service throughout the claims process.
