About The Position

Repwest Insurance is seeking a Claims Adjuster to handle truck, trailer, and storage property damage claims. This full-time, fully onsite position is based at U-Haul’s corporate campus in Phoenix, Arizona. The adjuster investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves property damage claims while providing customer service throughout the claims process. The position requires working onsite Monday through Friday for at least eight hours per day. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Adjuster License within 30 days of employment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of eight hours per day.
• Legally authorized to work without requiring employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims to determine coverage, liability, and claim validity.
• Assess damages and evaluate claim values to support fair and timely settlements.
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, and other involved parties.
• Meet company productivity and quality standards.
• Accurately document claim activities and resolve claims in a timely manner.
• Provide customer service throughout the claims process.
