Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university within the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months.
Eligible for the University Hire Program (typically hired within 12 months of graduation).
Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project jobsites.
Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

Master of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university within the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months.
Prior co-op or internship experience.
Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, modification, and evaluation of civil/structural components and processes.
Assist with preparation of construction drawings, project schedules, models, calculations, material requisitions, studies, reports, presentations, and proposals.
Contribute to civil/structural designs that meet project requirements.
Permitting
Foundation layout, underground utility, and stormwater drainage system design
Railway alignment and roadway design
Site preparation; finish grading and paving
Ponds and reservoirs; Earthworks
Analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures and/or steel structures
Finite-element analysis for seismic, thermal, and blast events
Analysis of supporting foundations for vibrating/rotating equipment and equipment isolation
