About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney to join its Casualty team in the Cincinnati, Ohio office. The opportunity is intended for an attorney with 1–5 years of litigation experience who wants to build a long-term litigation career in a fast-paced, collaborative practice. The team offers meaningful client interaction and opportunities for professional development and practice growth. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and will receive mentoring, hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting. Independent management of cases from inception through trial is not expected immediately; the attorney can develop toward full case management at an appropriate pace. Requirements
- Attorney with 1–5 years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Casualty team on civil defense litigation matters.
- Interact with clients as part of the litigation practice.
- Develop toward managing cases from inception through trial with mentoring and support.
- Build litigation skills through hands-on experience, feedback, and individualized development goals.
