About The Position
Marshall Dennehey is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney for its New Haven, Connecticut office to assist in defending Rideshare Liability, Product Liability, and a variety of General Liability cases. The position is part of a team-based, highly collaborative practice that offers meaningful client interaction and a path for professional development and practice growth. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and is not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, the attorney will develop toward full case management at their own pace. The compensation range is $125,000–$165,000, depending on the type and level of litigation experience. Requirements
- At least 5 years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist in defending Rideshare Liability cases.
- Assist in defending Product Liability cases.
