About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney with at least one year of asbestos experience to join its Casualty team in the Melville, New York office. The team-based, collaborative practice offers meaningful client interaction and opportunities for professional development and practice growth. Attorneys work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and are not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, the attorney will develop toward full case management at their own pace. The compensation range is $118,000 to $150,000, negotiable depending on experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of asbestos experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
