About The Position

The Church Distribution Sales Associate sells LDS Church curriculum and clothing products in a retail store environment. The role assists customers with proper fit and use of clothing and related products, provides sales and customer service, and helps with transactions and product orders. Other duties include maintaining store appearance and organization by stocking shelves, unpacking merchandise shipments, and assisting with merchandise presentation. The schedule may include days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays other than Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The store is located at 245 Red Cliffs Dr #18, St. George, Utah 84790.

Requirements

Must be a female who has received her own personal endowments and possesses a current temple recommend (BFOQ, as stated in the posting).
Ability to interact with customers in person and over the phone on a day-to-day basis.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Ability to resolve routine customer problems and negotiate effective solutions.
Ability to hear, understand, and respond to customers and associates.
Ability to locate and identify products for customers.
Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 20 pounds.
Excellent team skills.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays other than Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
