Requirements

• Solid technician experience and confidence in technical abilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability, accountability, and pride in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair orders correctly the first time.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and other vehicle systems.
• Perform warranty and customer-pay work to manufacturer standards.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about additional repairs and labor time.
• Keep the work stall clean, safe, and efficient.
• Stay current with modern vehicle systems and repair methods.
• Document work accurately and professionally.
