About The Position

LifeClinic’s mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. The Chiropractor provides adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises within Life Time facilities. The practice model features 30-minute, one-to-one patient visits, a health-conscious patient base, and sessions that are primarily cash-based. LifeClinic offers a proven practice blueprint and extensive training. Schedule flexibility, such as reducing workdays or clinic hours, may be available once revenue targets are met. The position begins at a salary of $85,000 and pays up to $95,000 based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for monthly incentives based on performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more per year. During the period of building a client base—usually about six months—the chiropractor is expected to work 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings, and to actively market services. Success also calls for strong patient communication, promoting treatment plans, delivering exceptional care, and following LifeClinic processes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and follow up consistently to build long-term patient relationships.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Use LifeClinic’s established processes and deliver exceptional patient care.
