About The Position

The practice is seeking a full-time Chiropractor to join its growing, family-focused team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The role is open to experienced chiropractors and new graduates, with mentorship, training, and opportunities for long-term growth. The practice treats patients of all ages, from newborns and children to adults and seniors, and values clear communication and patient education.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, with three-day weekends. Compensation is $100,000 per year, depending on experience, with monthly and annual performance bonuses and defined opportunities for raises and growth.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort treating children, adults, and families.
• Interest in learning instrument-based adjusting.

• Webster Technique experience; willingness to learn is also noted.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chiropractic care to patients of all ages.
• Perform patient exams and evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients about chiropractic care, wellness, and preventative care.
• Provide instrument-based chiropractic adjustments.
• Work collaboratively with the practice team.
• Learn and use the practice’s established adjusting techniques and protocols.
