About The Position

All Together Autism (ATA) is hiring Childcare Workers to provide one-to-one therapy to children ages 2 and up on the autism spectrum. Workers use play-based, evidence-driven techniques to help children develop communication, social, routine-following, emotional-regulation, and independence skills. The position is offered full-time or part-time and may be based in a clinic, home, school, or community setting, with local travel between clients.

Employees follow individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who provides coaching. All Childcare Workers become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The role may provide a pathway to careers such as BCBA, psychology, education, speech therapy, or occupational therapy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• Complete a CPR/First Aid/AED training course before the start date and obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Punctuality and follow-through.
• Availability Monday through Friday, with possible weekends; afternoon and early-evening availability is key.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one therapy to children ages 2 and up.
• Follow individualized treatment plans from the supervising BCBA.
• Use playtime, snacks, and transitions as learning opportunities.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes.
• Partner with families and the clinical team to celebrate each child's progress.

Benefits
