About The Position

Foundations Early Learning Center is hiring a Childcare Teacher at its Inman, South Carolina location. The center offers hands-on, STEAM-focused learning and uses the nationally recognized Creative Curriculum. Its programs serve children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, including infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs. The hourly pay range is $15–$18, determined by education and experience, with increases tied to continued education, performance, and years of service. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

The teacher will help create a safe, healthy, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow. The role supports children’s social and emotional development and uses the center’s app to communicate and build relationships with families. The position requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds for child safety and emergencies and to pass background checks and health assessments.

Requirements

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in licensed childcare.
• Ability to pass background checks and health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for child safety and emergencies.

• ECD 101 preferred.
