About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher supports children's academic, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development and helps them build skills for the future. The role uses The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum, with interactive activities and educational characters. Teachers collaborate with families and colleagues, communicate with families about children's daily activities and progress, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in accordance with applicable state licensing requirements.

Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Genuine passion for early childhood education and the care of young children.
Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
Positive attitude, creativity, patience, and desire to help children succeed.

Nice To Haves

One year of professional teaching experience preferred.
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children feel supported and excited to learn.
Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through fun, interactive activities and educational characters.
Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate activities.
Build positive relationships with families and colleagues to support a collaborative learning environment.
Communicate regularly with families about children's daily activities, milestones, achievements, and progress through the mobile app and personal conversations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom while following applicable state licensing requirements.
