About The Position

The Nest Schools is seeking caring, dedicated early childhood educators for Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher positions. Placement is based on education, experience, and qualifications. Educators help children learn, grow, explore, and build a strong foundation for the future in a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom. The Nest provides training, resources, classroom materials, and support, as well as opportunities to advance skills, responsibilities, and earning potential through its career ladder, Nest University, and professional development programs. Compensation is based on qualifications and years of experience, with a listed pay range of USD $15.00–$19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Passion for helping young children learn and grow.
• Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 20 pounds, including children and classroom materials, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous daycare or childcare experience.
