About The Position

Foundations Early Learning Center is hiring a Childcare Teacher at 300 Poplar St. NW, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. The role offers $15–$17 per hour, with pay determined by education and experience; pay may increase with continued education, performance, and years of service. Teachers help create a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The center uses hands-on, STEAM-focused learning and the Creative Curriculum, and serves children from 6 weeks to 12 years through infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs. Teachers also use the center’s app to communicate with families and build relationships. Requirements

Passion for working with young children.
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
ECD 101 required.
Previous experience working in licensed childcare.
Ability to pass background checks and health assessments.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
