About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Child Interventionists and Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Join us in collaborating with families to design and execute behavior intervention plans. This is a fulfilling part-time role at Butterfly Effects, offering 9-15 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine love for working with children.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with children is advantageous.
• Interest in ongoing development.
