About The Position

Butterfly Effects is dedicated to making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families affected by autism. This part-time role involves directly assisting children with autism in developing vital skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care. Behavior Technicians collaborate with families to implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans. Since its establishment in 2005, Butterfly Effects has positively impacted over 14,000 families through its family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach, aiming to enhance lives and foster joy.

Requirements

  • Must have already completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or be RBT certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A genuine love for working with children
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with children is advantageous
  • Interest in ongoing development
