Experienced Child Interventionist/RBT - Part Time/After School Hours
About The Position

This part-time role involves directly assisting children with autism in developing vital skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care. Behavior Technicians collaborate with families to implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans. Since its establishment in 2005, Butterfly Effects has positively impacted over 14,000 families through its family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach, aiming to enhance lives and foster joy.
Requirements
- Must have already completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or be RBT certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine love for working with children
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with children is advantageous
- Interest in ongoing development
Responsibilities
