About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists and Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. This role involves collaborating with families to design and execute behavior intervention plans. Butterfly Effects, established in 2005, has positively impacted over 10,000 families through its family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach, aiming to enhance the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. The mission is to deliver personalized ABA treatment in partnership with affected families, fostering a more joyous life. This is a fulfilling part-time role for individuals passionate about positively impacting the lives of children and families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A genuine love for working with children
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with children is advantageous
  • Interest in ongoing development
