Child Interventionist - Part Time/ After School Hours
About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Child Interventionists and Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Join us in collaborating with families to design and execute behavior intervention plans. This is a fulfilling part-time role at Butterfly Effects, offering the ideal work-life balance with 9-15 hours per week. Butterfly Effects has positively impacted over 10,000 families since our establishment in 2005. Our family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach aims to enhance the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. Our mission is to deliver personalized ABA treatment in partnership with affected families, fostering a more joyous life.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine love for working with children.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with children is advantageous.
- Interest in ongoing development.
