About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. This role involves collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans. The position offers part-time flexibility with 9-15 hours per week, providing an ideal work-life balance. Butterfly Effects' mission is to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families affected by autism.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A genuine love for working with children.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with children is advantageous.
  • Interest in ongoing development.
