About The Position

BrightPath Kids is hiring a full-time Lead Teacher in Maineville, Ohio. The Lead Teacher works alongside teachers and families to provide children with a home-away-from-home experience according to NAEYC guidelines. The role is responsible for children in one assigned classroom and involves creating developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities, maintaining a warm, safe, clean learning environment, and partnering and communicating with families. Requirements

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Career Pathway Level 3, or a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.

• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in one assigned classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Develop programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment where children can grow and explore.
• Partner with families to create plans that provide the best care and education for their children.
