About The Position

The Child Care Attendant (CCA) supports VASA Fitness's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents exercise. The role helps create a clean, engaging, well-run environment where families feel welcome and parents can work out with confidence. Through meaningful interactions, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices, the attendant contributes to a trusted experience for families.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Friendly, engaging, and dependable presence.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized KidCare space.
• Ability to adapt and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating positive experiences for children and families.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children in childcare, education, youth programs, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive, and engaging care for children in the KidCare program.
• Create a clean, organized, and welcoming KidCare space.
• Follow child check-in and check-out procedures to ensure children's safety.
• Engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with required background checks, safety scans, and child care standards.
• Communicate and work reliably with the team to support a positive team culture.
• Help families feel confident, supported, and welcome.
