About The Position

This role is for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to build skills in a structured early childhood environment. No prior childcare experience is required—but reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential. If you take pride in showing up, being consistent, and supporting a team, we want to meet you. We are hiring a full-time Child Care Aide to support our classrooms serving infants through PreK. This is an entry-level position with training provided, but it is not a low-expectation role. You will play an important part in maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • No prior childcare experience required
  • Willingness to learn and follow expectations is essential

Responsibilities

  • Support Lead Teachers in maintaining a structured and safe classroom
  • Actively engage with children throughout the day (on the floor, during activities, and transitions)
  • Help maintain consistent routines and expectations
  • Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and daily tasks
  • Work as part of a team to ensure children are supervised and cared for at all times
