About The Position

This role is for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to build skills in a structured early childhood environment. No prior childcare experience is required—but reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential. If you take pride in showing up, being consistent, and supporting a team, we want to meet you. We are hiring a full-time Child Care Aide to support our classrooms serving infants through PreK. This is an entry-level position with training provided, but it is not a low-expectation role. You will play an important part in maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children. This is a hands-on, active role —you will be moving, engaging, and supporting throughout the day.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
No prior childcare experience required

Responsibilities

Support Lead Teachers in maintaining a structured and safe classroom
Actively engage with children throughout the day (on the floor, during activities, and transitions)
Help maintain consistent routines and expectations
Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and daily tasks
Work as part of a team to ensure children are supervised and cared for at all times
