About The Position
The Catholic Charities Early Learning/Head Start program provides a high-quality, comprehensive approach to services for both children and families. This includes early learning education, professional development, family engagement, health and nutrition, and mental health and disabilities services. We serve children and families in eight locations in Cuyahoga County, and all of our sites are 5-Star Highly-Rated by the State of Ohio’s Step Up to Quality program.
Requirements
- Experience with IFSP/IEP/ISP process
- Experience with Family Assessments and goal setting
- Experience planning parent activities
- Experience overseeing eligibility and enrollment
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and assisting with the implementing, and arranging for the delivery of services for children who need special services
- Taking an active part in the IFSP/IEP/ISP process through planning of Intervention Plans and/or Individual Plans
- Obtaining required parent consents for referrals & team meetings, monitoring referrals, screenings, case notes and information needed to ensure compliance
- Overseeing the completion of Family Assessments, Family goals and referrals for services
- Working with site staff to plan all parent activities including parent meetings, parent elections, end of the year celebrations
- Overseeing eligibility and enrollments at sites
