About The Position

AWARE is hiring a full-time Child and Family Case Manager in Helena, Montana, with starting pay of $22.00 to $27.33 per hour. The role provides case management and support to children and families, helping them access services and participate in their communities. The position works as part of a treatment team to plan, implement, and review treatment and individualized support or service plans. Requirements

Thorough understanding of human services, resources, and tools.
Ability to assess clients and families from a strengths-model perspective and develop a theoretical perspective.
Ability to work with a variety of people.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
A bachelor's degree in a human-services-related field is preferred; equivalency may be considered based on documented work history, education, and volunteer experience.

Responsibilities

Provide case management services to clients.
Collect data from collateral sources.
Review relevant records and other pertinent data and resources.
Participate as a member of a treatment team in planning, formulating, implementing, and reviewing treatment, Personal Support, or Individual Service Plans.
Provide services to identified children and families to help them gain access to medical, social, educational, vocational, and recreational services.
