Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Power & Technical Services PS&C whom reports to the PS&C Division Superintendent’s Office, the Chief Supervisor Power (Maintenance Supervisor, Exempt FM-6) in the Power, Signals & Communications (PS&C) Division will be responsible for leading and managing the maintenance and operations of the substation department that power s the PATH system. This position plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the routine operation, control, inspection maintenance, testing and repair of but not limited to PATH’ s traction power, medium voltage power distribution network, PATH Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition ( SCADA ) , lighting, life safety, auxiliary power systems, and supports capital construction efforts across all PATH infrastructure . This position may qualify as a Maintenance-of-Way employee as defined in Part 219 of Title 49 of the CFR and will be subject to prohibition of use and testing for Alcohol and Drugs as described in that part . This position is subject to participation in the Railroad Retirement System.
