About The Position

The Chief of Staff to the Founder serves as a trusted operational partner to Dhar Mann, supporting both the founder’s business responsibilities and personal and family office operations. The role combines executive operations, family office and estate coordination, executive assistance, hands-on logistics, and special project leadership. It involves managing competing priorities, streamlining communication, tracking commitments, and enabling the founder to focus on family, creativity, and business growth. The position oversees and coordinates personal operations, household and property matters, family logistics, vendors, staff, and professional advisors. It also provides direct, hands-on support to the founder, including personally driving when needed, coordinating domestic and international travel, attending selected engagements, and responding calmly to schedule changes and public interactions. The role is technology-forward, using productivity software, AI tools, and automation to improve workflows while protecting confidential information. The successful candidate will coordinate teams, follow up on assignments, lead special projects, solve unfamiliar problems independently, and exercise exceptional judgment and discretion. This is a primarily in-person position based around the Los Angeles area, with travel as needed. It requires significant flexibility and responsiveness, including evening, weekend, holiday, and urgent-response coverage in a seven-day operational environment, with scheduling, rest periods, and compensation handled in accordance with applicable law.
