About The Position

The Chief of Staff to the Founder serves as the trusted operational partner to Dhar Mann, supporting professional and personal responsibilities across a global entertainment business, multiple ventures, and a family office operation. This is a hands-on role combining strategic coordination, executive support, family-office and estate operations, transportation, travel logistics, technology-enabled productivity, team accountability, and special-project leadership. The position requires close, regular proximity to the founder and the ability to move between business priorities, household needs, travel, public events, and unexpected situations. The successful candidate will anticipate needs, manage complex and competing priorities, streamline communications, oversee follow-through, coordinate staff and external partners, and resolve issues independently with sound judgment and discretion. They will also identify and implement systems, workflows, automations, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while safeguarding confidential information. This is a primarily in-person position based in the Calabasas and Los Angeles area, with domestic and international travel as needed. The schedule is highly flexible and unpredictable, with required support across a seven-day operation, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and urgent situations. Scheduling, rest periods, and compensation are to be structured in accordance with applicable law.
