About The Position
The Chief Nursing Officer directs all nursing service activities for the assigned facility. The role recommends staff-to-patient ratios, maintains a system for determining and providing adequate staffing to deliver appropriate nursing care, and develops and implements nursing service policies and procedures in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards. Requirements
- Active RN license in the state.
- Master’s degree, or active progression toward a Master’s degree.
- At least five years of clinical nursing experience, regardless of degree.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Nice To Haves
- Three years of experience in nursing management preferred.
- Certification in a specified field preferred, such as CNE, CRRN, CCRN, or PCCN.
