About The Position

The Chief Nursing Officer directs nursing service activities for the assigned facility, including making recommendations for staff-to-patient ratios and maintaining a system to ensure adequate staffing for appropriate nursing care. The role develops and implements nursing service policies and procedures in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state.
• Master’s degree or active progression toward a Master’s degree.
• At least five years of clinical nursing experience, regardless of degree.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of experience in nursing management preferred.
• Certification in a specified field preferred, such as CNE, CRRN, CCRN, or PCCN.
