About The Position

Miami Association of REALTORS® is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing strategy while actively driving execution across engagement, communication, and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for translating strategy into action and ensuring consistent delivery across multiple marketing channels. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who can translate data into action, strengthen messaging, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.   • We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of driving measurable engagement growth across email and social media, leading marketing operations, and executing campaigns that deliver clear results.
  • The ideal candidate has successfully owned and advanced marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment, using data and testing to refine strategies, improve communication effectiveness, and increase audience engagement over time.
  • Experience applying market research to inform strategy, supporting conversion and retention efforts, and working within complex, multi-channel communication environments is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement through social media, email, and event-related communications
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Evaluate and improve communication strategies to enhance effectiveness
  • Develop and test targeted messaging for different audience segments
  • Optimize communication timing and frequency to maximize engagement
  • Own and drive execution across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables are consistently met
  • Oversee marketing operations, social media, and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and results
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources to support acquisition, retention, and participation
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget aligned with strategic priorities
  • Track outcomes and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Use social media as a strategic tool to deepen engagement with Miami REALTORS®’ 60,000 members
  • Lead market research and analysis to inform messaging, positioning, and strategic decisions
  • Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks to maintain a competitive edge
  • Evaluate new marketing opportunities that support growth and member value
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Promote organizational brands to increase visibility and awareness across key audiences, including Global, Commercial, and YPN
  • Identify and strengthen the organization’s unique brand positioning
  • Contribute to messaging and content that drive awareness, participation, and value
  • Support the website overhaul and use data to optimize performance
  • Collaborate on the development and enhancement of the member learning platform
  • Identify effective channels to communicate with members, the public, and prospective members
  • Implement behavior-based marketing and automation strategies
  • Leverage CRM systems to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals
  • Provide updates, insights, and reporting across the organization
  • Present marketing performance and updates at board meetings, both virtually and in person
  • Coordinate with the organization’s PR firm and other external partners as needed
