About The Position

Vara is seeking an energetic and experienced Chevrolet service leader to oversee daily automotive service department operations, manage a team of skilled technicians, and provide an exceptional guest experience. The role involves coordinating workflow and scheduling, maintaining customer satisfaction, communicating repair procedures and vehicle-status updates, and ensuring technicians follow safety protocols. The successful candidate will help build lasting customer relationships and foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Proven dealership experience and a strong background in automotive service management.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell services while maintaining excellent customer relationships through effective communication.
• Experience managing service technicians or mechanics in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Professional communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and a valid, non-suspended driver's license.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
