About The Position

Support the Customer Product Stewardship Team by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing documents, and preparing reports and assessments. The role requires a self-motivated team player who can manage multiple projects. NOTE: This is an evergreen posting for future positions within our team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science
• 0-5 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage is preferred
• Experience with chemical databases preferred
• Possess problem solving skills and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have a basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues with one year of experience regulatory and hazard communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and compile documents from internal and external databases, Chemical database management systems
• Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product level data in all Systems
• Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation
• Generate and review hazard communication documents/product labels
• Create and/or evaluate reports as need to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities
