Checker (Flex)
About The Position
The Checker is responsible for verifying that inbound and outbound inventory matches. The role is based at 4800 McAllen, Texas, and works a flex schedule covering first, second, and third shifts. Listed shift times are 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, and 7:00 PM–3:30 AM. Compensation starts at $18.08 to $22.60 per hour, based on experience. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- Strong math skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree.
- Prior warehouse, inventory, or auditing experience.
- Forklift certification.
Responsibilities
- Ensure load accuracy at check-in and check-out by physically counting.
- Maintain required records.
- Enter inventory data using a handheld device.
- Visually inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, including climbing onto trucks and manually opening bay doors.
