About The Position
We are a growing organization specializing in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, live promotional events, and community engagement campaigns. We are currently seeking a motivated Event Assistant to support day-of event operations and help deliver a positive, engaging experience for attendees, partners, and nonprofit organizations. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on support to help you develop valuable real-world skills and grow within the organization. As an Event Assistant, you will support on-site event execution and ensure smooth day-of operations across live events, retail activations, and community outreach programs. You will engage directly with the public while representing nonprofit partners and campaign initiatives, helping create a welcoming, organized, and professional event experience.
