About The Position
We are a fast-growing event marketing organization partnering with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and charitable causes. Our mission is to support impactful fundraising campaigns through live events, community outreach initiatives, and face-to-face promotional activations. We are currently hiring motivated individuals for Entry-Level Event Assistant positions to support our expanding nonprofit outreach team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in launching a career in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, public relations, community outreach, promotional marketing, customer engagement, and charity campaign management. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on professional development to help team members build valuable real-world skills and advance within the organization. As a Charity Event Assistant, you will support the coordination and execution of live fundraising events and community outreach campaigns on behalf of nonprofit partners. You will engage directly with the public to increase awareness, encourage participation, and support donation-driven initiatives for charitable causes. This role is ideal for energetic, people-focused individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments while making a meaningful community impact.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of live charity fundraising events

- Communicate the mission, goals, and community impact of nonprofit organizations
- Support donation outreach and fundraising efforts during live promotional events
- Help organize event materials, logistics, and on-site operations
