The Entry-Level Event Coordinator will support event planning, logistics, and on-site event operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop professional experience in event coordination, marketing support, customer engagement, and project organization. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown while ensuring a positive attendee experience.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and team members regarding event logistics.
• Help maintain event schedules, planning documents, and project timelines.
• Prepare event materials, promotional displays, and informational resources.
• Track event attendance and assist with compiling post-event reports.
• Represent client brands professionally during events and promotional activities.
• Address attendee questions and provide information about products, services, or promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure events are organized and completed successfully.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to event coordination.
