Requirements

  • 1+ years experience with customer service/customer interfacing
  • Experience scheduling maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical services

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with DOT regulations and truck load transportation
  • Experience scheduling work orders in the industrial or material handling space

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with invoicing issues, issuing credits and adjustments when required.
  • Develop positive, long-term customer service relations.
  • Coordinate shipment of rental, used, and stock equipment.
  • Maintain records on all rental equipment, monitoring location and condition of all equipment at all branches.
  • Maintain filing system
  • Assist transportation manager on various projects as assigned.
  • Assist in fielding incoming calls.
  • Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Work with all departments to ensure quality of customer service.
