Charismatic Ministry Operator - EOS Integrator
About The Position
Christ the King in Ann Arbor is seeking a full-time, hybrid Charismatic Ministry Operator - EOS Integrator. The role focuses on Adult Discipleship and has significant ownership of ministries including OCIA, Alpha, men's and women's groups, and other adult formation initiatives. The church is seeking a practicing Catholic who is genuinely comfortable in a charismatic Catholic environment and understands and values the work of the Holy Spirit and the charisms. EOS certification and prior formal EOS experience are not required. The ideal candidate naturally turns vision and ideas into concrete plans, follows through and closes loops, enjoys organization, systems, details, and accountability, keeps people and ministries aligned, identifies and fixes gaps, is comfortable holding others accountable and speaking in front of a group, and prefers implementing ideas to generating many new ones. Requirements
- Be a practicing Catholic.
- Be genuinely comfortable in a charismatic Catholic environment and understand and value the work of the Holy Spirit and the charisms.
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Have an undergraduate degree.
