About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Charge Nurse for its Winter Garden Rehab location. The Charge Nurse coordinates the delivery of nursing care and, in alignment with Nursing Leadership, provides leadership in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain nursing practice standards in the clinical setting. The Charge Nurse also serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff. Requirements
- RN license in the state where applying.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification; the posting states it is required from day one for Charge Nurses.
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
- Comfort working with vents, trachs, PICC lines, and similar equipment.
- Two years of experience in direct patient care.
